Member-at-Large, Nicola Christian-Clarke and her husband Conliffe Clarke, both from Antigua, welcomed a healthy baby boy, Israel Conliffe Clarke, 6 pounds 13 ounces, 41 centimetres, Tuesday, January 2, 2007.
